Lubricant

It prevents adhesion between extruder or mold surface and resin, and is mixed with resin as additive to improve flowability, and lowers melt viscosity to improve molding processability and quality.

  • PVC: Film blowing or calendering (rigid, semi-rigid and soft PVC), acts as mould stripper without affecting transparency and giving brilliance finishes.
  • ABS, SAN: lubricant, helping appreciably in pigment dispersion.
  • POLYSTYRENE: internal lubricant, improving flow properties.
  • PE, PP: In small percentages it acts as a pigment dispersing agent
  • PA 6, 66: Mould stripper and anti-static agent
  • PHENOL RESINS: allows easy, continuous operation.
  • ADHESIVES: in high-melting-point adhesives it is used as a common solvent for the constituents.

Silicone masterbatch

SiMB is a product based on UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) siloxane, which is manufactured in the form of pallet and is easy to use. and Disperses in an Average 5micron Size in Various Thermoplastics It is composed of ultra high molecular siloxanes and does not cause problems such as blooming and migration. By adding SiMB, various additional functions such as scratch resistance, COF reduction and increased flowability can be added.
