Siloxane powder is a product that particulateizes siloxane and has rubber and resin structure and is added to EMC and electronic coating materials for excellent stress relief performance. Silicone Fluid is a silicone structure modified with Epoxy, which is excellent for mold release and also helps stress relief and flowability. Silanes for electronic materials, designed to enhance heat resistance, enhances water resistance and adhesion property.
