PU Foaming Additive

PU foaming agent is a product that controls the cells of various urethane foam to implement the desired type of cell.
It facilitates mixture of raw materials in urethane systems and reduces surface tension to aid bubble growth. It also reduces the pressure difference between air bubbles to prevent the spread of gas, while also preventing uneven cell growth, and ensures that urethane cells are stabilized and fluidity and density are uniform.
Hard foam improves insulation by increasing the cell's stand-alone bubble rate, while soft foam adjusts the interlocking.

Silicone Antifoam

Silicone antifoam eliminate bubbles in the manufacturing process without affecting the properties. The antifoaming performance and persistence are better than organic antifoams, so even in small quantities, it is more efficient and economical. It also has excellent effect in destroying or deaerating air bubbles in a wide variety of areas, such as hot and cold, water and solvent, base and acidic solutions. In addition to the antifoams, a variety of silicone polymers are produced and sold for water.
